1. Payment & Registration
Enrolment in any course at Alphabet Arabic Academy is confirmed only after full payment of the chosen package fees. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms in this policy.
Payments are accepted via PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) through encrypted, SSL-secured payment gateways.
2. Refund Eligibility — The Unified Policy
The following refund terms apply to all courses across our website. These are the definitive terms — any previously stated different figures on older pages are superseded by this policy (last updated April 19, 2026).
✅ Full Refund — Within 3 Calendar Days of Registration (Before First Lesson)
You are entitled to a 100% full refund if you request it within 3 calendar days from the date of registration, provided that no lessons have been attended or delivered. This applies only before your first scheduled session. No explanation required.
⚖️ Partial Refund — After First Lesson
If you wish to discontinue after attending your first session, you may request a refund of 50% of the cost of the remaining unused lessons. The value of lessons already attended will be deducted from the total paid amount at their per-lesson rate.
❌ No Refund
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- After 3 calendar days from registration, if no refund request was submitted before the first lesson
- If you have attended more than 50% of the total lessons in your package
- If the refund request is made after the course completion date
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions or code of conduct
- For "no-show" missed lessons without 24-hour notice
💡 Illustrative Examples
✅ Full Refund
You register and pay $80 for 8 lessons. You request a refund on Day 2, before your first lesson. You receive $80 back (100%).
⚖️ Partial Refund
You register for an 8-lesson package ($80), attend 1 lesson, and request a refund on Day 5. You receive 50% of the 7 remaining lessons = $80 - $10 = $70 × 50% = $35 refund.
❌ No Refund
You register for an 8-lesson package and request a refund on Day 10, after attending 1 lesson. Since 3 days have passed, no refund is available.
3. Missed Lessons & Absence Policy
⚠️ Important — Please Read
To protect the quality of our teaching and respect for teachers' time:
- Lessons missed without at least 24 hours' prior notice are counted as completed and deducted from your balance. No refund or make-up lesson is provided.
- In genuine emergencies (illness, serious technical failure, documented family emergency), management may offer a make-up lesson at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. This is not a guaranteed right.
- Three or more unexcused absences may result in course termination without refund.
✅ With 24+ hours' notice, you may reschedule your lesson at no charge — subject to teacher availability.
4. How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to submit a refund request:

Include the required details
Your full name · Registered email address · Course name and package · Number of lessons attended · Registration date · Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
We review and confirm within 3 business days
Our team will review your request and send a written confirmation of the refund decision within 3 business days.
Refund is processed within 5–7 business days
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal or the card used). Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Refund Method & Processing Time
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (PayPal account or original credit/debit card)
- Processing time: 5–7 business days from the date of approval
- Currency: Refund is made in the same currency as the original payment
- Fees: We do not charge any administrative fee for refund processing
- Bank delays: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. This is outside our control.
6. If Your Teacher Cancels
If a teacher is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we guarantee one of the following:
- A full make-up lesson rescheduled at a time convenient for you, OR
- A credit equivalent to the lesson's value added to your account for future use
✨ Teacher-initiated cancellations are never deducted from your lesson balance. This is our promise of fairness and trust.
7. Copyright & Content Use
All materials provided as part of our courses — including PDFs, audio files, videos, and course notes — are the intellectual property of Alphabet Arabic Academy and are provided for the enrolled student's personal use only. Materials may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Policy Changes
Alphabet Arabic Academy reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For existing students, any policy change affecting an active enrolment will be communicated by email at least 7 days before taking effect.
