By accessing our website at alphabetarabicacademy.com, registering for any course, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy).

If you are enrolling a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and you accept these terms on their behalf.

• Enrolment is confirmed only after full payment of the chosen package fees.
• Payments are made per course package, not per individual session.
• We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) via SSL-encrypted payment gateways.
• We do not store payment card details on our servers.

• A grace period of 5–10 minutes is allowed for late arrival.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice: the lesson is considered completed and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
• Your lesson time is reserved exclusively for you — please respect it and the teacher's schedule.

• To reschedule or cancel a lesson, notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Lessons missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are counted as completed — no refund or replacement lesson is provided.
• In the case of genuine emergencies, management may offer a make-up lesson at its sole discretion.
• Three or more unexcused absences may result in suspension or termination of the course without refund.

Your time matters. If your teacher is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we will either:

• Offer a full replacement lesson rescheduled at a time convenient for you, or
• Credit the lesson's value to your account for future use

Teacher-initiated cancellations are never deducted from your lesson balance. This is our commitment to you.

To get the best results from your course:

• Attend lessons focused and prepared
• Complete assigned homework and practice between sessions
• Active participation is encouraged and significantly accelerates progress
• For children and beginners, camera usage during Zoom lessons is strongly recommended
• Treat all teachers with respect and professionalism

Our courses are for educational and personal development purposes only. Please note:

• Alphabet Arabic Academy is a private educational institution — our certificates are completion certificates, not government-accredited qualifications.
• We do not guarantee specific fluency levels, exam results, or career outcomes.
• Our courses do not replace formal degree programmes or officially accredited language certifications.

All content on this website and in course materials — including but not limited to PDFs, audio files, videos, lesson plans, and text — is the intellectual property of Alphabet Arabic Academy and is protected by applicable copyright law.

• Materials are provided for the enrolled student's personal use only
• Reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written permission
• Recording of lessons by students requires explicit written permission from the Academy

Users must not attempt to:

• Access servers, accounts, or data without authorisation
• Bypass security or authentication systems
• Disrupt services through overloading or malicious activity
• Send spam or unsolicited communications to teachers or staff
• Alter, delete, or hijack any website content

Any misuse may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.

Alphabet Arabic Academy provides its services on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• We are not responsible for technical failures outside our control (internet connectivity issues, device failures, Zoom service interruptions)
• Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the student for the relevant course package

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active students by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
