- After classes begin, students may request a 50% refund for the remaining unused course hours.

- more than 15 minutes without permission from teacher the lesson will be completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- Joining later than this may result in a shorter class to respect the schedule.

- With proper notice, the class can be rescheduled based on availability.
- Classes missed without prior notice are considered completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
